1. General Specifications:

• Frame and Impeller: Frame: Plastic (Flammability: UL 94V-0), Impeller: Plastic (Flammability: UL 94V-1).
• Expected life : See the table below. (L10 life: 90% survival rate for continuous operation in free air at     60ºC, rated voltage).
• Motor protection function : Locked rotor burnout protection, Reverse polarity protection.
• Direction of rotation:  50/60 Hz, 500 VAC, for 1 minute (between lead wire conductors and frame).

 On - going Reliability Demonstration

This is a longer - term program at at providing data on continuous basis to demonstrate the reliability of product . 10 units per month are diverse collected from one of the production lines for burn - in for 168 hours at 50 ° C + / -  5 ° C . Units are monitored and tested on daily basis .
Failed units will be analyzed and corrective actions taken where necessary .
